About the platform

A control layer for connected heating systems.

NRG Monitor exists to make heating infrastructure easier to organise, automate, and operate. It brings together device telemetry, rule-driven control, schedules, and operator actions in one web application. The data you connect to the platform belongs to you. NRG Monitor does not sell it, mine it, or repurpose it outside the work needed to run the service on your behalf.

Purpose-built for heating operations

NRG Monitor focuses on the practical workflow of zones, schedules, telemetry, desired state, and operator overrides instead of generic home automation dashboards.

Secure by design

Browser sessions are kept separate from per-system credentials so installed controllers can report data and fetch commands without exposing operator access. The telemetry, schedules, and configuration stored in NRG Monitor remain your data.

Structured for real properties

Homes, groups, systems, and monitors are modelled explicitly so the platform can scale from one property to a larger estate without losing clarity.

Who it helps

The platform is designed for operators who need a clear system of record for heating assets. That includes homeowners with multiple heating zones, installers managing connected controllers, and organisations running more than one property.

What makes it different

Instead of treating heating as a single on/off toggle, NRG Monitor keeps the full context around each decision: the relevant zone, the active rule or schedule, the latest telemetry, and the command issued to the device.

That structure makes the platform easier to operate, easier to audit, and easier to integrate with real controllers in the field.

It also means ownership stays clear: your data stays yours. It is not sold, shared, or used for unrelated purposes. It is only handled to deliver monitoring, automation, and control for your systems.
